Duana Neal is the owner of Shear Faith Salon located in her home town of Nashville TN. She is a mother, business owner, an aspiring beauty mogul and a self proclaimed GIRL BOSS. In early 2012 attended Paul Mitchell the school-Nashville graduating with an honors in textured hair. There she obtained the skills needed to place her on a fast track to successful career in the beauty industry. After spending some time working in the salon she stepped out on her own went to work for herself, creating Shear Faith Salon Boutique. .


Her hard work and dedication has placed her on some of the biggest stages in the industry. Including the Stella Awards, Dove Awards and Capper.
